Sara: RDH, HIAOMT
Sara is a Registered Biological Dental Hygienist who started working with our team in 2017. She obtained her Biological Dental Hygiene Certification through IOAMT. She is originally from North Dakota but had practiced in Minneapolis, MN for 5 years before moving to Bozeman. She attended Dental Hygiene school at the University of North Dakota, Lone Star College in Texas and obtained her degree at Argosy University, Minneapolis, MN. She is Certified in Advanced Laser Hygiene and is well versed in ozone therapy for dental health and wellness. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends along with alpine skiing, hiking and floating the local rivers.

Sandy has worked as a Registered Dental Hygienist since 2001; she joined Insight Integrative Dentistry in 2012. Born in Great Falls, Montana, and raised on a farm and ranch near Sand Coulee, Montana, Sandy worked as a dental assistant while earning a degree in business management at Montana State University. In 2001 she graduated from the Colorado Health Sciences Center School of Dentistry with a bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene. She is a member of the American Dental Hygienists’ Association and Certified as a IAOMT Biological Hygienist. She is a Montana Dental Hygienists’ Association Community Leadership Award Recipient in 2008 and 2009, and has been a Laser Certified Dental Hygienist for several years. Sandy volunteers for the Gallatin Valley 4-H horse project. When she is not working, Sandy and her 3 adult children are busy hunting, fishing, mountain biking, horseback riding and alpine skiing.
Cedi: RDH
Cedi came to our office back in 2020 and has worked here as a part-time Dental Hygienist. During the rest of the week she is a Health and Wellness Coach at Spring Integrative Health. She has an associates degree as a Certified Holistic Health Coach at Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She is a Certified Ayurvedic Postpartum Doula as well as running her own company WakefieldWellness. Cedi and her husband Chais moved to Bozeman after living in Kansas City for over 6 years. They are now expecting their first child in summer 2024.
Katy: RDH, FWCLI, FAAOSH, CHC
Katy originally joined our practice back in 2012. She has been a Laser Assisted periodontal Therapist for 18 years. She studied Comprehensive Hygiene at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. She has Advanced laser Certification with an Associate Fellowship in the use of dental lasers through the World Clinical Laser Institute and is in current pursuit of her Mastership status. She is a member of the American Academy for Oral Systemic Health, proudly holding a Fellowship Status with them. She has been a co-host on the podcast Reflection Health on the Dental Podcast Network created by the founders of the famous ‘A Tale of Two Hygienists Podcast.’ Katy is also a Certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Katy works with us part-time. She has beautiful children and enjoys raising them in the Mountains of Montana with her husband Phil who is a chiropractor in Bozeman.
Sally: Dental Assistant
Sally graduated with her Dental Assistant Degree from Bates Vocational School in Tacoma, WA. She has been assisting doctors for over 35 years! She has two wonderful adult children and an amazing daughter in-law. Her daughter currently lives in Denver and her son and his wife live in Belgrade. Sally has worked for the Kinney’s for over 15 years. In her spare time she enjoys biking, hiking and reading.
Emily: Dental Assistant
Emily grew up in Eastern Michigan where she was a police officer for six years. She was raised in a health conscious home and has always prioritized her oral health, her eating habits, and her physical health. Her boyfriend’s job brought her out ot Montana in 2023 where she then learned about insight Integrative Dentistry. Emily gravitated towards biological and bioesthetic dentistry once learning more about it and how it correlated with her toxic free, overall health goals. After reaching out, Emily got hired on by Dr. Todd and Dr. Amy Kinney as a dental assistant. Emily has always had a passion for helping others, no matter the field of work. Emily enjoys spending time with her horse Annie, being outdoors with her boyfriend, and playing with their three dogs, Angel, Sasha, and Remi.
Jen R: Office Manager:
Jen has a long history with the Kinney’s and has worn a few different “hats” during the 13 years she has known them. She started out as a patient, then was hired as a dental assistant, and after a short time away has come back on as the office manager. These days she is usually found in the back office, running reports and creating financial arrangements but can also be caught answering phones or assisting one of the dentists. She has been a longtime Bozeman resident but calls the Bitterroot Valley in Western Montana her “home. “
Ariel: Scheduling Coordinator
Ariel grew up on a farm north of Great Falls, Montana until moving to Bozeman to attend Montana State University in 2013. She studied Business Management and Spanish and even spent a year studying abroadin Spain. After graduating, she worked in various administrative roles in the Bozeman area. In 2018, she began learning about and pursuing holistic health which eventually led to her establishing herself as a patient with the Kinneys in 2020. A year later, she was recruited for the Insight Team in one of her refular hygiene visits. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, skiing, and martial arts.
Cezia (CC): Patient Coordinator
Cezia is a mixed media artist living in Bozeman, Montana. 9 years ago, she was living on the East Coast and visited Big Sky for a seasonal job. She ended up falling in love with Montana (as everyone does) and ended up making it her permanent home. Over the years, she has cultivated her own style from what she sees around her. Her style is vibrant and creative with recycled and thrifted materials. Growing up Cezia was always fascinated by art, cooking, & making crafts with her mom, her biggest creative influencer. Her mom inspired her to always think outside the box and make the best of what she had on hand, even if that means being a little unconventional.
Jen A: Lab Technician:
Jen has been an amazingly artistic lab technician for the Kinney’s for several years now. She is known for her perfectionism when helping to craft Diagnostic Casts, Night Guards, and MAGO’s for our patients. She has been an integral puzzle piece in the magic of creating the beautiful Crowns, bridges, and veneers that the Kinney’s and our partner labs are famous for. She and her family have lived in Bozeman for several years. She is usually found rocking out with her ear buds in the lab.
